We are a sales, service and support provider for scientific laboratory equipment. KayDee Tek’s corporate office is located at 1801 Forest Hills Blvd, Bella Vista, AR 72715. KayDee Tek has 2 satellite offices, one in Escondido, California and one in Madison, Alabama. Our Escondido office provides on site service through out the west coast. The Madison office provides service on the East Coast. Our corporate Office provides service through out the mid-west. KayDee Tek was founded in January of 2002 as an independent service provider of analytical instruments. We continue to provide a complete selection of instrument repair and product support plans. KayDee Tek is an authorized sales and service provider for Pickering Laboratories, Thinky – USA mixers and DataApex Chromatography software.

KayDee Tek is an authorized service provider for Pickering Laboratories Onyx, Pinnacle and Vector PCX systems. KayDee Tek is an authorized service provider for Thinky-USA mixers. KayDee Tek is an authorized sales provider for DataApex chromatography software.
Whether you require a repair, preventive maintenance or support of your chromatography system, we can help. KayDee Tek manufactures replacement parts for your GE / Cytiva Akta FPLC systems. We use many of our own parts to repair your Akta equipment. You can go to our Akta Parts page to find new replacement parts for your FPLC instrumentation. We offer onsite services at cost saving rates with our 35 years of field service and support throughout the United States.

Calibration
KayDee Tek provides onsite services to calibrate your laboratory equipment. We provide Instrument Performance Verification (IPV), Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), Performance Qualification (PQ) , new parts, service repair and training. KayDee Tek is now SAM certified for sales to USA government agencies.
Parts
KayDee Tek sells many of the same parts we use to perform our routine repairs and preventive maintenance. Our parts are provided by several different sources. We work with many (OEM) original equipment manufacturers, custom parts fabrication, and original suppliers to the OEM. All of our parts meet or exceed the original equipment requirements. KayDee Tek is an authorized re-seller of Pickering Lab’s PCX systems, consumables, and repair parts.
