Warranty

Full Limited
Warranted items are covered for XX Months for Parts and Labor. This covers the cost to repair any non-consumable parts that are defective in the purchased equipment. The travel is covered for the first hour of round trip travel. The travel is then billed at 50% of the standard rate plus expenses. This is to include (not limited to) any air travel, rental cars and hotels needed directly related to the repairing of the equipment on site. The equipment can be shipped back, for depot repairs and tests. (Shipping is 50 – 50 expense).P-1 Response

Regular Limited
Warranted items are covered for XX Months for Labor. This covers the labor cost to repair any non-consumable components in the purchased equipment. The travel is covered for the first hour of round trip travel. The travel is then billed at 50% of the standard rate plus expenses. This is to include (not limited to) any air travel, rental cars and hotels needed directly related to the repairing of the equipment on site. The equipment can be shipped back, for depot repairs and tests. (Shipping is 50 – 50 expense). The parts are purchased at the current available rate. Some parts may no longer be available (sometimes equal/similar substitutes can be used).P-2 Response

Service Agreements

Full Coverage
The equipment is covered the same as it would be by the Full Limited Warranty for 12 months. Two times per year full preventive maintenance is performed and the equipment is re-calibrated when applicable. An Operational Quality Report records as found, final values and Standard readings. All changes and repairs are recorded.

Regular Coverage
The equipment is covered the same as it would be by the Regular Limited Warranty for 12 months. Once per year full preventive maintenance is performed and the equipment is re-calibrated when applicable. An Operational Quality Report records as found, final values and Standard readings. All changes and repairs are recorded.
P-2 Response

Operational Coverage
An Operational Quality Report is performed. Any repairs are billed at 50% of the standard rate while on site during current visit. All parts purchased will receive a 25% discount off of standard prices.
P-3 Response

Preventive Maintenance Coverage
One instrument preventive maintenance visit is performed. The labor and travel rate is reduced 25% for one year. All parts purchased will receive a 25% discount off of standard prices.

Response Times: On site is forlocal service, add one day for out of state.

P-1) Same day phone response. Next day on site priority.

P-2) Same day phone response. Second day on site priority.

P-3) Same day phone response. Scheduled visits or Third day on site priority.

Instrument Liability:

There are occurrences when an instrument cannot be repaired. This may be due to age of unit, parts availability, amount of internal or external damage, etc…
