items are covered for XX Months for Parts and Labor.
This covers the cost to repair any non-consumable parts
that are defective in the purchased equipment. The travel
is covered for the first hour of round trip travel.
The travel is then billed at 50% of the standard rate
plus expenses. This is to include (not limited to) any
air travel, rental cars and hotels needed directly related
to the repairing of the equipment on site. The equipment
can be shipped back, for depot repairs and tests. (Shipping

the labor cost to repair any non-consumable components
in the purchased equipment. The travel is covered for
the first hour of round trip travel. The travel is then
billed at 50% of the standard rate plus expenses. This
is to include (not limited to) any air travel, rental
cars and hotels needed directly related to the repairing
of the equipment on site. The equipment can be shipped
back, for depot repairs and tests. (Shipping is 50 –
50 expense). The parts are purchased at the current
available rate. Some parts may no longer be available
(sometimes equal/similar substitutes can be used).P-2

The
equipment is covered the same as it would be by the
Full Limited Warranty for 12 months. Two times per year
full preventive maintenance is performed and the equipment
is re-calibrated when applicable. An Operational Quality
Report records as found, final values and Standard readings.
All changes and repairs are recorded.

The
equipment is covered the same as it would be by the
Regular Limited Warranty for 12 months. Once per year
full preventive maintenance is performed and the equipment
